General How many people can be on board each Pedibus? A total maximum of 10, which is 8 on cycle-points and 2 on the VIP platform at the back. Is The Pedibus easy to cycle? Yes, it moves slowly due to the gearing, and even one person can power the Pedibus effortlessly. To date the distance record on the Pedibus is 44 Km from Windsor Castle to Buckingham Palace in 5 hours 56 Minutes. An NSPCC Fund raiser. The weather is unpredictable what if it is raining? We offer protective clothing and umbrellas. If you are booking a Pubcrawler Party outing, we will give you a full refund if you choose to cancel because of rain on the following basis: The staff will contact you on the afternoon of your outing if it is consistantly raining on that day to offer you the option to cancel. If it rains whilst you are already on The Pubcrawler you have the otpion to finish early and receive a partial refund. To date the pre-outing cancellation rate is 2%. If you have booked the Pedibus(es) for a UK or non-UK event we can offer you a weather disruption insurance option only.

		Pubcrawler Parties ‘The most fun way to spend an hour in London.’ Where can we go to? If you are booking a Pubcrawler Party, the areas the Pedibus visits in London are Chelsea, Parsons Green, Shoreditch, and London Bridge. There are 4 fantastic routes listed on The Pubcrawler Parties page. There are more than 10 of us, can we still go? Absolutely! If you are organising for a large group, we suggest London Bridge. Everyone meets at the same place but the Pubcralwer team will ask people to embark in seperate groups. Everyone gets to enjoy the same fantastic cruise through London and gets a chance to exchange their experiences at the final pub at the end. If your group is larger than 22, we have some more specialised express routes which come with a discount. Please email for details.
Can the Pubcrawler meet outside of London? Yes! Your hire will be arranged by the UK events team. Please contact them through the enquiry option on the UK Events page. What drinks wil be served? The Pubcrawler will meet you with either 8.5L of beer or 3 bottles of very palatable Chilean Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot. We ask people not to bring any other alcohol on board. But soft drinks, food and snacks are all welcome. Is it a smoking bar? Yes, no smoking restrictions apply.

UK Events How much will it cost to hire for an event? Private estate: From £295 per day excluding staffing, delivery and collection. Public Road or a Public event from £395 per day excluding staffing, delivery and collection. Please fill in the quotation form on UK Events to obtain a full quote. Can I mount corporate advertising on The Pedibus? Yes! There is 4.5m2 of externally visible advertising space on the Pedibus. We can print and mount these for you or we can provide you with the dimensions. Do you provide public liability Insurance? Yes! But only if the Pedibus is driven by Pedibus staff. Details are available on request. Do we need permission from local authorities or the police? If your event is at a public space we can secure the permissions where needed at no extra charge. We will also assist with route planning and logistics.

Global Events Do you deal with local authority and police permissions outside The UK? Only in Spain and the UK. Otherwise this will have to be done by the hirer of the Pedibus(es). Generaly the local Town Hall and the police will be the 2 most important bodies to notify. All information which they may require is obtainable from this website. We also have translations of our documents in Spanish, German, French & Italian. We can also advise at no extra charge on routes, route timings and all logistics concerning the Pedibus(es) at yor event. How do I work the Pedibus into my event to achieve the maximum spectacle? We have a lot of experience at events and will happily assist you at no extra charge. We will advise on health and safety, route choreogrpahy and logistics, passenger interaction. We can also advise with advertising and brand communication from on board the Pedibus. Will you deliver the Pedibus anywhere? Yes! All Pedibuses are stored in the UK and shipping costs and times depends on the international freight network. How much does it cost to hire?
